Refund policy

We hope each Vastori piece lives with you for a long time. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns work.
Return window
7 days from delivery date. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
How to initiate
- Log in to your account → Orders → find the order → click "Request return" — or write to hello@vastori.com with your order number
- Choose return reason; upload a photo if defective
- We respond within 24 business hours with pickup confirmation
- Pickup arranged via our courier partners (free for defective items, ₹120 for change-of-mind)
- Once received and verified, refund processed to original payment method within 5–7 business days
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch — email hello@vastori.com with your order number. Once dispatched, use the return process above.
Non-returnable
- Innerwear
- Sale items marked "Final Sale"
- Items showing wear, staining, or laundering
Stoles and other accessories are returnable like everything else — unworn, with tags.
Exchanges
For size exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order. This is faster than processing exchanges directly.
