Vastori ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, mobile, shipping addresses
- Order data: items purchased, payment method (not card numbers), order history
- Usage data: pages visited, time on site, source of visit — aggregated store analytics from our platform
- Communications: messages you send us, support tickets
How we use it
- To process orders, ship, and provide support
- To send transactional emails about your order
- To improve the site and product mix
- To send marketing (only with explicit opt-in)
Who we share with
- Shopify (our store platform — hosting, checkout, and analytics)
- Razorpay (payment processing)
- Shiprocket and courier partners (delivery)
- Brevo (email delivery)
If we introduce advertising or third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel), they will run only with your cookie consent, and this policy will be updated first. We never sell your data.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email hello@vastori.com — we acknowledge within 48 hours and respond within one month.
